As the Chief Business Development Officer, she leverages her experience in providing strategic advisory to deliver results for organizations across all aspects of the healthcare continuum.

With a background as a healthcare consulting executive and a laser focus on growth, Katie brings a unique blend of expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. She has a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities to drive profitable growth.

Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Katie was a Senior Managing Director at AArete, a healthcare consulting firm that she co-founded and served in key leadership roles. She continues to successfully lead cross-functional teams to execute on ambitious growth initiatives. Her collaborative leadership style, coupled with her ability to navigate complex business landscapes, has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and results-driven leader.

Outside of the boardroom, Katie is a strong advocate for making a positive impact on both individuals and communities. She actively engages in initiatives aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion and is passionate about leveraging business as a force for good.

Katie holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is committed to team building, continuous learning, and professional development. When she's not strategizing for business success, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and traveling.
